Refund policy

If you would like to return your item for any reason, you may send it back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods for an exchange or full refund.

If your order arrived with a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of returning it and issue you a Pre-paid DPD Label via email. If its being returned as an unwanted item / changed mind, the customer covers the cost of return.

In order to return your item:

1. Please email info@wjmtech.co.uk to receive a Returns Form.
2. Ensure your item is in its original packaging with any warranty labels and other  relevant documents enclosed.
3. Include the completed returns form in the box.
